Shipping

Free shipping to the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and 20+ other countries — no minimum spend. Everywhere else it is a flat $9.99. The exact cost for your address always shows at checkout before you pay.

Two delivery speeds, and we will tell you which you are getting

Some of our range is stocked in a US warehouse. The rest ships direct from our supplier. Both are free; they just take different lengths of time.

• Ships in Days — 3–7 days. Look for the badge, or browse the Ships in Days collection.
• Everything else — 9–19 business days after a 2–5 day handling time.

Every product page states which applies, under Specifications. If you need something quickly, shop the fast range.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking sometimes goes quiet mid-journey on the longer route — that is normal and it is usually still moving.

Where we ship

Worldwide. If we can reach you, you can order. Customs or import fees, where they apply, are the customer’s responsibility.

If it does not arrive

If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us at thehomeaisle.shop@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
